01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bj999 ("bj999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bj999 website located at bj999.pw and any associated mobile applications, products and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or accessing any feature of the bj999 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 02Eligibility & Registration

• You must be a natural person – corporate entities may not hold player accounts.

• You must be using the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.

bj999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your CNIC, passport or other government-issued ID) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you will keep your account details up to date. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03Account Management

Your bj999 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you personally authorised it. You must:

• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person.
• Use a strong and unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify bj999 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.

bj999 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any message claiming to be from bj999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting bj999 support. Any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome before the account is closed. Remaining balance after settlement will be processed for withdrawal through your registered payment method subject to standard verification checks.

bj999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that bj999 considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bj999 are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash – instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa – instant mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast – direct bank-to-bank instant transfer
• Bank Transfer – standard interbank deposit and withdrawal

Deposits are credited to your bj999 balance once confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect in seconds. Raast and bank transfer timings depend on your bank or provider and may take longer during non-business hours or on public holidays.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. bj999 applies a minimum withdrawal threshold which is displayed in the Withdrawal section of the Platform. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. bj999 may request supporting documents before releasing funds, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.

bj999 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. bj999 is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the bj999 sportsbook, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports and all other markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where the Cash Out feature is explicitly available and the player elects to use it before settlement.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may vary by event, market type and account status.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault or obvious pricing error (also referred to as a "palpable error"), bj999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings already credited to an account as a result of a palpable error may be reclaimed by bj999.
• For Cricket markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent) shall be used for settlement purposes. Rain-affected matches and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets are settled according to the official result.
• For live in-play bets, the odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted by the bj999 system are the odds that apply to your bet. Any movement in odds after acceptance does not affect your accepted bet.
• Parlays (accumulators) require all selections to win for the full return to be paid. One or more void selections within an accumulator reduce the accumulator by those legs at evens (1.00) odds.

bj999 reserves the right to limit stake sizes or restrict betting access for individual accounts at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are identified.

06Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time bj999 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions or other incentives to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time each promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bj999 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each promotion is limited to one per player, one per household and one per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a specific promotion explicitly permits combination.
• bj999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active wagering in progress at the time of cancellation will have the specific terms of their active promotion honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion, exploit a bonus or misrepresent eligibility will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings and may result in account suspension.

07Live Casino Rules

The bj999 Live Casino is operated using real-time video streaming from professional studio environments. The following rules apply to all Live Casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Teen Patti:

• Live Casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between general platform terms and the specific in-game rules, the in-game rules prevail for that game.
• If a live stream is interrupted during a game round, bj999 will use server-side records to determine the outcome. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the affected round will be voided and stakes refunded.
• Players must complete each game round within the time limit displayed on screen. Bets not placed within the betting window will not be accepted for that round.
• Minimum and maximum table limits vary by game and table and are clearly displayed before joining. Players who cannot meet the minimum stake for a table should select a different table.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, connection irregularities or game vulnerabilities in the Live Casino will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings derived from exploitative activity.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bj999 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, closure and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification or any other process.
• Opening more than one bj999 account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, screen scrapers or any non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.

09Account Suspension & Closure

bj999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against bj999 by the player.
• Conduct that bj999 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bj999 will communicate with the player via their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes without finding a breach, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance will remain available. If a breach is confirmed, bj999 may withhold all or part of the account balance as determined by the specific circumstances.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily for responsible gaming reasons can request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting support directly.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the bj999 Platform, including but not limited to the bj999 logo, website design, software, text, graphics, odds data, live streaming feeds, icons and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by or licensed to bj999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast or transmit any Content from the Platform without prior written consent from bj999.
• Use any bj999 branding, trademarks or logos for any purpose outside the Platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any bj999 software or mobile application.

Any unauthorised use of bj999 Content may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights and will be subject to appropriate legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

bj999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bj999 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj999 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or delays in third-party payment processing.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bj999's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12Privacy & Data

bj999 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

bj999 collects the data necessary to operate player accounts, process payments, verify identity and comply with applicable obligations. Data is not sold to third parties. Payments are processed through trusted payment partners (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer infrastructure) who handle transaction data under their own privacy frameworks.
